The life behind the writing.
The museum that Aziz Nesin arranged during his lifetime is part of the Nesin Foundation. His two studies and bedroom are also preserved as spaces bearing the traces of his life.
The museum holds many mementos: awards and gifts received by Aziz Nesin, his typewriters, first editions of his books and souvenirs brought back from his travels abroad.

Aziz Nesin and His Contemporaries Museum
Work is under way to create the Aziz Nesin and His Contemporaries Museum. It currently features Ruhi Su, Zeki Beymen, Zekeriya Sertel, Nazım Hikmet, Semih Poroy and Semih Balcıoğlu. It also holds Yusuf Taktak’s work Aziz Nesin.
